About Me
Welcome! My name is Meg Goodwin, and I am a Registered Nurse, a Registered Dietitian, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I have over 30 years of experience teaching almost every fitness style that has come to pass, and, now, I want to bring all of my experience to you! My goal is to provide a customized, holistic approach to accomplish your health, wellness, and fitness goals. Your program will focus primarily on fitness, factoring in injuries and health issues with the addition of nutrition counseling if desired. Using my background of group fitness, yoga, nutrition, and the medical field, I hope to revive your path (or begin the journey with you!) towards health and longevity.

My Services
Training sessions are intended to serve those who are healthy and want to maintain their active lifestyle and improve their fitness for long term health as well as those experiencing a decline in mobility, balance, or strength or those experiencing chronic conditions or injuries.

Yoga
Personal yoga sessions allow for a customized program to focus on areas of interest and need. Technique and form are the priority and personal attention allow for an accelerated path toward your goal. It is perfect for a beginner or someone with health issues as a group class may not be appropriate. Alternatively, an experienced yogi can enhance their practice with personilized attention.
